    * Throughput relative to line capacity. A line running at 100 % of capacity has no reserve: every disruption turns into a growing queue and delays. A healthy line therefore runs below full capacity — in the Theory of Constraints (TOC), a line whose capacity merely matches demand cannot keep up.

    The reason is almost never the technology — it's that the system didn't match how people actually work. That's why we check readiness before we pick a solution.

    The assessment gives you an estimate of what the current situation costs you every year. If that number isn't bigger than the cost of the solution, we won't recommend the project.
