Our mission is to actively support Slovenian industrial companies through their digital transition. Every day, we implement advanced IT solutions and automate business processes, because we firmly believe this is the only way to secure the survival and long-term competitiveness of domestic industry over the coming decade. With our expertise and hands-on delivery, we help companies turn digitalization from a challenge into their greatest advantage.

We've set ourselves a bold goal that goes beyond advisory work. Our vision is to help at least 10 Slovenian companies earn or save €1,000,000 through advanced digital solutions within the next two years. Peter Korenčan

Delivery lead

Combines hands-on production experience — planning, process optimization, and warehouse management — with the development of digital solutions for quality, maintenance, and production planning. He translates complex business processes into efficient, user-friendly software solutions.

Peter's path began on the production floor, where he tackled the challenges of planning, process optimization, and warehouse management firsthand. That gave him direct insight into the real needs and pain points of industrial environments.

He built on that experience by developing and implementing digital solutions — contributing to platforms for quality management, maintenance, and production planning. His work is about translating complex business processes into software that people on the ground actually use.

Boštjan Malavašič

Project Preparation & Analysis

Specializes in preparing and analyzing digital transformation projects, with a focus on identifying client potential and the human factors behind success. He uses his own methodologies to assess an organization's readiness for change and lay the groundwork for projects that succeed in the long run.

Boštjan's work covers the part of a project that happens before any technology is chosen: analysis and groundwork, so solutions match the needs and capabilities of the people who will actually use them.

To assess an organization's readiness for change, he uses his own methodologies to identify where adoption of new systems is likely to be difficult, and adapts the approach accordingly before the project even begins.
